Drake Booed Off Stage at Camp Flog Gnaw by Fans Expecting Frank Ocean as Surprise Headliner - Pitchfork

At first, when Tyler, the Creator unveiled Drake as Camp Flog Gnaw’s surprise headliner, he was warmly received. In the first video below, filmed at the festival last night, Tyler makes his introduction to wild cheers. But rumors had circulated that Frank Ocean would make an appearance, and when it became clear Drake was the final act, fans grew restless. After playing “Wu-Tang Forever,” Drake said he could continue if the crowd wanted him to.

A barrage of “We want Frank” chants ensued. Other sections of the crowd chanted “No!” in unison, prompting Drake to leave the stage. “It's been love, I love y’all,” he said on his way out. “I go by the name of Drake. Thank y’all for having me.” Watch clips below.
