Meghan Markle flashes blingy 'push present' in first post-birth appearance - Page Six

Meghan Markle is sporting a blingy new ring — a diamond-rimmed bauble and likely gift from hubby Prince Harry.

The Duchess of Sussex showed off the flashy addition while making her first public appearance since the birth of her son Archie.

Some are speculating that the ring was a “push present” from her husband, part of an American tradition in which a father gives his spouse a gift following the child’s birth.

Others believe the bling is meant to symbolize the couple’s love for each other.

Photos of the former “Suits” actress from the Trooping the Colour ceremony show three bands on her finger — an engagement ring, her wedding ring, and the new edition at the bottom of the stack.

Markle gave birth to son Archie on May 6. Aside from a brief showing of the baby to the press, she has spent the last month on maternity leave in private. Because she planned to take three months of maternity leave from royal duties, her appearance Saturday is surprising.

Each year, the royal family participates in the Trooping the Colour to mark the Queen’s birthday. The royal matriarch turned 93 on April 21.

Though Kate and Prince William’s youngest son Prince Louis, 1, made his royal balcony debut at the festivities, baby Archie remained tucked away at home. Sources say that Prince Harry and Meghan plan to keep their son out of the private eye as much as possible, and will only be appearing at “big family occasions.”
